Individual care and help at home
The new situation creates family dilemmas and new needs. Suddenly you find that your loved one must be supervised and assisted performing their everyday functions. But they still need the pleasures that they enjoyed before: family gatherings, an attentive ear, and spending quality time with you. We believe that by working together we can provide for all of this. We will provide them with the best professional long-term care, allowing you the emotional leisure to embrace them as you always did, as part of a loving family.
Personal care and home help
Matan was selected by the National Insurance Institute to provide services for the elderly. As part of the services offered we have a large professional staff including Israeli and foreign caregivers, social workers, gerontologists, nurses and others. In many cases the service is funded by the National Insurance Institute, with financing from the Fund for the Benefit of Holocaust Victims in Israel, the HMOs and more.
As part of the service provided our team will meet with you and with your loved one, become familiar with you and ensure that you are aware of your rights. Later on you will be assisted in filing the application for home care funding; they will advise you and create a personal program to meet the needs of your loved one. Finally, the team will find the most suitable caregiver from a selection of experienced caregivers who have undergone professional training and are well-qualified to provide the very best personal and professional long-term care. Even after the process is complete we will accompany the family and the caregiver, and make home visits to ensure that your loved one gets the best possible service throughout the treatment period.
It is important for you to know that - from the moment you contact us - we will help you to submit the application for home care funding; we will advise you and provide you with a caregiver - immediately and free of charge - until you receive your entitlement.
